Everything you need, including dates, pricing, deadlines, and schedule information, is on our Registration page.
What ages/grades are eligible to play?
Our league is open to both boys and girls in 3rd grade through high school.
Where are games played?
All games are played at our dedicated facility near Hwy 380 & FM 423 in Frisco,TX.
What days are games scheduled?
Games can be scheduled on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays from 9am - 9pm.

REGISTRATION

How do I register my player or team?
Visit the Registration tab on our website and select the option that best fits your needs.
Can I register as an individual without a team?
Yes, you can. Go to the Registration tab on our website and select the individual registration option.
Are there multi-team discounts available?
Yes, multi-team discounts are available for programs with 4 or more teams.

TEAMS & DIVISIONS
Find information about team structure, division breakdowns, and how players are grouped within the league.
What divisions are offered?
A- Highly Competitive
Designed for advanced players and teams seeking a high level of competition, fast-paced play, and strong skill development.
B- Recreational Competitive
Competitive games in a recreational setting. Teams that play hard but keep the focus on development, teamwork, and a positive experience.
C- Recreational Development
Focuses on skill development in a fun, supportive environment, ideal for newer or less experienced players building fundamentals and confidence.
How are teams formed?
Teams register as a unit through the coach registration process. Individual players who register without a team are placed on rosters by grade and skill level based on information provided during registration.
Can I request to play with friends?
Yes, as long as players are in the same grade. Friend requests can be submitted during the individual registration process. Requests made after rosters are formed are not guaranteed.
What if my team is placed in the wrong divison?
A request can be submitted to our team for review using the division change request form. We will evaluate and determine if a move is possible, but submitting a request does not guarantee a division change.
SCHEDULING

What if I have a known scheduling conflict on a specific game day or time?
Prior to the schedule being built, Gameday sends coaches a scheduling preference form. Coaches can note any known conflicts and we will do our best to accommodate. Requests are not guaranteed.
How often do teams play?
Teams play one game per week for the duration of the season. Occasional exceptions may apply due to scheduling or conflicts.
What happens if a game needs to be rescheduled?
Notify the league as soon as possible. We will work with both coaches to find a solution. If a team cannot field enough players, a minimum of 4 rostered players is required to avoid a forfeit. Coaches facing a shortage are encouraged to notify the league at least 48 hours in advance as a courtesy to the opposing team. Full rescheduling details are outlined in the league rules available in the Document Center.
GAMES & PRACTICES

How long are the games?
Games are 4 quarters of 10 minutes each with a running clock. The clock stops on the whistle during the final 2 minutes of regulation when the score margin is 20 points or fewer. Plan for approximately 50 to 55 minutes per game.
Are scores and standings tracked?
Yes. Scores and standings are tracked and posted after each game day.
Is there a playoff or championship?
Most seasons include playoffs and a championship round for all divisions. Summer season format may vary. Visit the Registration page for current season details.
Is there a gate or parking fee?
No, all parking and spectator access is FREE.
Are practices included?
Practice court time is available to all registered teams at our dedicated facility. During registration, coaches can select or deselect practice slots based on their team's needs. Pricing adjusts accordingly.
How are team practices scheduled?
Coaches select their top two preferred practice days during registration. Gameday assigns each team a practice day, time, and court assignment. Coaches are notified of their assignment prior to the start of the season.
COACHES

Are background checks required for coaches?
Yes, all volunteer gameday coaches are required to undergo background checks.
Do teams need to provide their own coach?
Yes. Teams must provide their own coach. Individual players are assigned a volunteer coach. Parents or guardians interested in coaching their player's team can indicate that during the individual registration process.
What is expected from coaches?
Coaches are expected to follow the standards outlined in our “Coaches Promise,” available in the Document Center.
UNIFORMS

Are uniforms included in registration?
Uniforms are not included in registration and are handled by the team coach. Contact your coach for uniform details. Volunteer coaches needing guidance on uniforms can find resources in the Document Center.

POLICIES

What is the refund policy?
No refunds or credits are issued after the registration deadline. Visit the Registration page for the current season's closing date.
What happens in case of bad weather or gym closures?
In the event of bad weather or an unplanned closure, the league will communicate any schedule changes directly to coaches as quickly as possible.
What is the code of conduct for players and parents?
Players and parents are expected to follow the standards outlined in our “Player Promise” and "Parent Promise" available in the Document Center.
